Terms for using Clarion.

These terms apply to publishers and operators who use Clarion to audit sites, configure ad placements, serve ads, measure performance, or receive publisher earnings.

Using Clarion

You may use Clarion only for sites you own, control, or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, the content on your sites, and compliance with laws, platform rules, advertiser policies, and consent requirements that apply to your visitors.

Publisher responsibilities

You agree not to use Clarion with illegal, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unsafe content. You may not inflate traffic, manipulate impressions, hide ads, stack ads, encourage accidental clicks, spoof domains, or interfere with Clarion measurement.

You are responsible for maintaining your own privacy policy, consent notices, ads.txt entries, seller information, and any other disclosures required for advertising on your site.

Ad serving and placements

Clarion may approve, reject, limit, pause, move, or remove placements to protect user experience, advertiser demand, site performance, brand safety, and network quality. We may skip serving on pages, devices, geographies, or sessions that create compliance, performance, or invalid-traffic risk.

Revenue, reporting, and payouts

Publisher earnings are calculated from Clarion records, provider reports, valid ad events, traffic-quality review, adjustments, reserves, and finalized revenue periods. Estimated earnings are not payable until finalized.

Clarion starts with Net-60 payment terms. Finalized payable balances become eligible 60 days after the applicable revenue period closes, subject to minimum payout thresholds, tax and payment setup, provider reconciliation, fraud review, reserves, clawbacks, and corrections.

Accounts and payments

You must provide accurate payment, identity, and tax information before payouts can be sent. Payment providers may have their own onboarding, verification, and compliance requirements. Clarion may hold or reverse amounts connected to invalid traffic, provider clawbacks, duplicate reporting, account issues, or policy violations.

Availability and changes

Clarion is provided as an evolving service. Features, eligibility rules, ad demand, payout policies, and product behavior may change as the network develops. We may suspend or terminate access to protect publishers, visitors, advertisers, providers, or Clarion.
